This policy explains what Tools4IBs collects when you use toolsforibs.com, why, and what happens to it. It is written to describe what the site actually does, not what a template assumes it does.
Who we are
Tools4IBs provides white-label trading signal and copy trading infrastructure to Introducing Brokers, educators, affiliates and community owners. Contact us on Telegram at @justinspetinens.
What we collect
Only what you type into the partner application form:
- Your name
- A contact handle or phone number, so we can reply
- Audience size and net deposits, as ranges you select
Nothing else. We do not ask for identity documents, financial account details or payment information through this website.
We measure visits, and that is all. Google Analytics counts visits and shows us which pages get read. There is no advertising pixel, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party fonts or embeds - the typefaces are served from this domain. The cookies are listed below.
Why we collect it
To assess a partner application and reply to it. That is the only purpose. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send us, and taking steps at your request before entering an agreement.
Who processes it
The site is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are stored in Netlify Forms. Netlify acts as our processor and holds submissions on its infrastructure. Netlify also records standard server request logs, including IP address, as any web host does; those are a security and operational necessity and are not used by us to profile visitors.
Google Analytics measures visits to this site. Web fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, so loading a page does not reveal your address to Google for the fonts. Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, the transfer safeguards set out in their own privacy policies apply.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to a broker without you asking us to.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets two cookies on this site, _ga and _ga_7TGPFH197D. They give your browser an anonymous identifier so we can count visits and see which pages get read. They carry no name, no email address and nothing about a trading account.
Nothing else is stored on your device. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site works normally without them.
How long we keep it
Applications are kept for as long as the enquiry is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation that went quiet. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EEA you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to us holding it. Message @justinspetinens and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
